One of the most mesmerizing sights in Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Northern Congo was the massive flock of thousands upon thousands of African green pigeons (Treron calva) gathering at Lango Bai. The sound of their wing beats as they would descend and take flight in unison would fill the air in every direction.
