Jean DeKraker climbed Kili with her husband, brother, and nephew. Although she didn’t consider herself a “hiker,” with years of Pilates training and a little help from the fantastic mountain crew, she saw sunrise from the rooftop of Africa.

Martin & Christine Brandt arrived in Tanzania on an evening flight. And for the next few weeks an unforgettable adventure unfolded, taking them to the summit of Kilimanjaro and across the vast Serengeti plains to meet the people and wildlife who live there.
